Accessibility Concierge Service
To make your event as welcoming as possible, the Q&A Team offers an Accessibility Concierge Service. This service includes a dedicated point of contact for attendees with disabilities, providing information, support, and assistance throughout the event.
We also supply essential items to enhance comfort and accessibility, including:
- Umbrellas for unexpected weather
- Chairs for those who need to rest
- Sunscreen to protect from the sun
- Bottled Water to stay hydrated
- Portable Marquees for shade
Quiet Space / Chill Zone
Many people can find large events overwhelming and require de-stimulation in a quiet and calm environment.
The Q&A Team can provide or organise a Quiet Space/Chill Zone for your event with activities such as colouring-in to help people decompress and have fun.
Access Packs
We provide a variety of access equipment that can maximise people’s enjoyment at large events.
We provide this equipment in an Access Pack that includes:
- Noise-cancelling headphones and earplugs
- Sunglasses to shield sensitive eyes
- Plastic Straws for easier drink access
- Hand Sanitiser for cleanliness
- Sensory Toys for relaxation

Fee-for-Service Event Assistance
While our primary mission is to support LGBTQIA+ groups and organizations, the Q&A Team is also available to provide event assistance to non-LGBTIQ+ entities for a fee. Our comprehensive support ensures your event is accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for all attendees.
